The BenchVent BV600 is a tanning mist filtration cabinet that vastly reduces over-spray and particle deposits when spraying sunless tanning solutions. Suitable for all types of solution.
It’s ideal for use in larger salons or for mobile beauty therapists.
What is the BV600 Portable Tanning Mist Filtration Cabinet used for?
The BenchVent BV600 vastly reduces over-spray and particle deposits for a cleaner, healthier working environment for the salon user and mobile therapist. These tanning units are floor standing and the BV600 can be used in a small room without being inside a spray tan cubicle.

Tanning solution over-spray descends rapidly. For maximum over-spray capture position the unit on the floor behind the client. Place in the upright position for spraying lower legs and feet and in the reclining position for the upper legs and body. Move the client forward.

How does it filter
The particulate (intake) filter is a three stage graduated fibre filter with a high capacity for longer life. Filtration to 5 micron particles. NB: Spray particulate sizes vary from 10 to 20 microns. The final filtration stage absorbs any residual moisture. Through the process of filtration, absorption and dilution, operator and client exposure to airborne tanning overspray is significantly reduced and surrounding area cleanliness is enhanced. These units are designed as mobile ‘spray traps’ to assist with cleanliness and for immediate operator and client protection from concentrations of airborne tanning solution mist.
They are not recommended for continual usage in confined and/or badly ventilated areas.
